PSAT (Production Site Assessment Tool)

The purpose of the Crane Buzz PSAT is to provide you and your staff with a complete evaluation of your company’s existing and future overhead lifting equipment and related assets. The PSAT includes, but is not limited to; facilities, process, equipment, safety and human resources.
Once the assessment has been completed, a comprehensive written report will be provided that will detail a strategy with recommendations for a more productive, lower cost and safer operation.

New Equipment / System Specifications

  • We compile a list of the best and closest candidates and then deliver to you the results of the Crane Buzz Supplier Survey as completed by all prospects.
    • We do not make recommendations but simply provide that facts as we find them, then review these with you so you can make a selection that is best for you and your operation.

  • Are they qualified as defined by the industry’s Governing Bodies?
  • What is their safety record?
  • What type of liability insurance and coverage limitations do they carry?
• Fixed pricing for services, hourly rates and parts cost
  • After we understand what is important to you, we write a detailed RFQ (Request for Quote) that calls out these requirements in a clear scope of work, using unambiguous terminology, which allows for you to receive concise, comparable quotes.
